Common questions about our nationwide ground transportation

How often do you stop during the trip?

We stop every 3-4 hours to allow dogs to stretch their legs, go potty, and get fresh water. Cats and other pets are checked on and given water/litter box access within the safety of the vehicle.

Are pets crated the entire time?

Yes, for their safety and the safety of our drivers, all pets must remain securely crated while the vehicle is in motion. We use crash-tested, spacious kennels designed for transport.

Can I send my pet's bed, toys, or food?

Absolutely. We require you to provide their regular food to prevent upset stomachs. You can also send a favorite blanket or toy to make them feel more at home.

Do you transport multiple pets at once?

We offer both private transports (just your pets) and shared transports (a small number of pets from different families). Even on shared routes, pets are kept in separate, secure kennels and never interact with each other.
