How often do you stop during ground transport?

For ground transport, we stop every 3-4 hours for potty breaks, walks, water, and feeding according to your instructions. We prioritize your pet's comfort over speed.

Can I track my pet's journey?

Absolutely! We provide real-time GPS tracking for ground transport, and our drivers and flight nannies will send you regular photo and text updates throughout the trip.

What size pet can travel with a flight nanny?

Flight nannies travel with pets in the cabin. Therefore, the pet must be small enough to fit comfortably in an airline-approved carrier that stows under the seat in front of the nanny (typically up to 20 lbs depending on the airline).

What do I need to provide for transport?

You will need to provide a health certificate from your vet (issued within 10 days of travel), your pet's regular food for the duration of the trip, a secure collar/harness, and their favorite blanket or toy for comfort.
